Automotive F&I Manager

Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in Moss Point, MS. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and compliant finance and insurance process for our customers while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Manage the finance and insurance department to meet dealership objectives and customer satisfaction.
Present finance and insurance products to customers effectively and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance providers.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations related to finance and insurance.
Train and mentor finance and insurance staff.
Analyze financial statements and credit reports to determine the best financing options.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet sales goals.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Valid driver's license and local eligibility to work.
