Role Registered Nurse in Pediatric Med Surg, responsible for providing direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor care plans, communicate patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, follow physician and nursing orders, and assist with discharge planning. Performs duties safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. No prior experience required. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary movements is essential. Additional Requirements Must hold licenses and certifications valid in the respective state (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin). Night shift availability, with shift differentials for nights and weekends.
