48 Months of experience in the Field of Desktop Engineering

48 Months of experience with Windows 7 & 10

48 Months experience in technical approaches to design, build testing, and debugging problems

48 Months of experience in active directory group policy.

48 Months of experience with Window image deployment and package creation/management.

48 Months of experience in PowerShell scripting language experience

48 Months experience in client-based security management tools including anti-virus, PKI, HDD encryption, and general client-based security hardening

48 Months of experience in Networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls, etc.).

48 Months experience in Advanced troubleshooting and support for VPN and two Factor Authentication

48 Months of experience in Active Directory administration and management.

48 Months of experience with Cybersecurity best practices and compliance

48 Months of experience with Intel workstation hardware

48 Months of experience in mobile device management (MDM) solution

48 Months of experience in handling multiple tasks (ex: imaging laptops, answering the phones, supporting users, troubleshooting issues).

48 Months of engineer experience in research, analysis, planning, and implementation
