What you’ll do
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a hygienic workspace.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are ready for cooking and serving.
- Buss tables and help with overall restaurant cleanliness to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Support banquet events by preparing and cleaning up after large gatherings.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.
- Participate in catering setups and breakdowns as needed for special events.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Basic qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with culinary practices and food service operations is a plus.
- Experience in banquet service or catering environments is advantageous.
