Assistant Manager in Training

Buckle at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Assistant in Training and an Assistant Manager to join our on-site leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop sales, merchandizing, and guest service while training Teammates and leading the store in the Manager's absence. The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager and emphasizes showmanship, coaching, and delivering legendary service to guests. Retail leadership experience is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
