Responsibilities Shift length can be 6‑8 hours long. Set up the stand, including stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling, and food safety walk. Count inventory. Do deposits and count the drawers. Ensure all positions are cleaned and closed down. Make sure the stand is locked and safe. Be responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present. Support the team and jump in where needed. Create a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back. Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant. Requirements Day and/or night shift depending on needs. Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed). 1 year of restaurant experience. Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others. Ability to lift 35‑50 lbs. Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.
