Responsibilities Build strong relationships with employees and union representatives Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution Partner with leadership on HR policies and procedures Support a positive workplace culture Qualifications 4+ years of HR experience in a unionized environment Strong employee relations and labor relations experience Ability to navigate difficult situations with confidence and professionalism Bachelor’s degree preferred Why Apply?
