Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Take drink and food orders, making recommendations as needed - especially on signature cocktails.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, equipment, and glassware.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor bar inventory and communicate shortages or restock needs.
• Manage transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
• Ensure the bar complies with local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of state alcohol laws and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume situations.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
