We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and visionary Senior Vice President of Strategy to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this executive leader will advance Carolina Caring’s mission by developing and executing organization-wide strategies that drive sustainable growth, expand access to care, and strengthen our impact throughout the communities we serve.

This role provides leadership for community engagement, strategic partnerships, volunteer services, bereavement and counseling programs, outreach, and marketing and communications. Working collaboratively across the organization, the Senior Vice President of Strategy will lead initiatives that enhance brand awareness, increase referral growth, improve the patient and family experience, and support long-term organizational success through data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Required Degree

Eight to ten years of previous sales/marketing in the hospice, home health, hospital or nursing home industry required. Experience in leading and/or facilitating the development of organization-wide strategic plans. A minimum of five years of supervisory experience required.
