Job Description We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Technical Product Management to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
This is an opportunity for an experienced technical product manager who can drive delivery of critical AI-powered capabilities, translate product strategy into actionabl roadmaps, and execute across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The role will help shape product direction by partnering closely with engineering and design to deliver tools that enhance how developers, designers, and builders operate across the firm. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive delivery of large, complex AI-powered capabilities within Eliza, our central AI platform, owning backlog prioritization and execution for core product areas that support developers, designers, and builders.
- Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritized work, ensuring execution aligns with business goals, user needs, and platform objectives.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions, manage tradeoffs, and translate complex technical opportunities into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate execution of product launches and adoption efforts, ensuring strong delivery, effective enablement, and sustained impact of major releases.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, typically Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology.
- 7+ years proven experience in technical product management.
- Experience with modern AI systems and product strategies that support the software development lifecycle, internal platforms, and enterprise user experiences.
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including model providers, enterprise AI platforms, and how AI products integrate into engineering workflows, developer tooling, and operational processes.
- Experience driving complex product areas in close partnership with engineering and design teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.
- Excellent problem solving capabilities, experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful product launches.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep product management expertise, excellent leadership skills and strong business judgement.
