You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success. You will supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track. You will provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA. Other responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analysis when needed and clinically warranted, reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoring data, and graphing/monitoring progress.
