Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: Los Alamitos, CA Job Id: 56098-CA FT # of Openings: 1 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME Alamitos West in Los Alamitos, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Full Time : Flexible schedule with work-life balance Pay : $34 - $39 /hour rate for new grad $36 - $41 /hour rate for 3+ years' experience Duties: Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision. Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use, under Physical Therapist supervision. Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
