Operational Risk Manager

Focused on ensuring operational risk management is integrated into daily operations, the full-time Manager of Governance will facilitate internal and external exam management, advise on execution plans, and support the development of the operational risk framework within the U.S. Consumer Services team. Key responsibilities Facilitate the day-to-day internal and external exam management process, ensuring regulatory adherence Advise on execution plans for operational risk management, including project plans and business unit-specific guidelines Manage risk and controls governance forums, interfacing with organization-wide governance processes and sharing insights across teams Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk or Internal Audit function Strong project management skills and experience in process governance aligned with regulatory frameworks Proficient analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios and identify trends Experience in developing operational risk frameworks and governance procedures Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activities
