Commercial Roofing Project Manager


We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of new construction projects and a supportive team culture.


What You’ll Do:

• Oversee commercial roofing projects (mainly new builds)
  
  
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  
  
• Coordinate field teams and ensure quality and safety
  
  
• Handle change orders, submittals, and client communication
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial roofing project management
  
  
• New build experience preferred (schools, warehouses, offices)
  
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
  
• Stable work history and a team-oriented mindset
