$285,000 - $310,000 Annually, Plus Sign-On Bonus and Loan Repayment

Base salary of $285,000 to $310,000, determined by experience, with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. You may also qualify for student loan repayment assistance, and separately, for up to $75,000 through the National Health Service Corps in exchange for a two-year service commitment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement.

Call coverage is phone-only and shared among providers in the health system — a structure built to protect your time outside the clinic. The organization itself is physician-led, meaning the people setting clinical priorities understand what it actually takes to practice good medicine.

Relocation assistance is available if you're moving to the area, and on-site childcare is offered for providers balancing a young family with a full patient panel.

Your days center on outpatient primary care: diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, running preventive screenings and wellness exams, and building treatment plans you'll follow through on with your patients over time. If you're coming from Family Medicine, you'll see patients across the lifespan; Internal Medicine physicians will focus on adult care. You'll document in the EMR, coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team, and take part in quality improvement work grounded in evidence-based practice. Call responsibilities are limited to a shared phone rotation with other practices in the system.

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA certification, or ability to obtain one
• Strong outpatient clinical skills and a commitment to community-based, patient-centered care
• Comfortable working within a physician-led, collaborative practice model
