Primary Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments

Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions

Complete accurate charting and documentation

Collaborate with nurses, Rts, Cnas, and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

Active Florida Lpn or Rn License

Current Bls/Cpr Certification (Ahaa or Red Cross)

Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care Preferred

Eligible for AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Local Law Requirements

• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill 531 (2025)
