Lead daily operations: scheduling, billing, and patient flow Present and secure financial treatment plan acceptance Hit monthly production and collection targets; grow revenue year over year Develop office policies that keep things running efficiently Coach, schedule, and energize your team Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally Ensure full OSHA and HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For Required 2+ years as a Dental Office Manager (GP or Pediatrics & Ortho) Strong knowledge of dental billing, PPO/HMO insurance plans, and Denti-Cal Familiarity with electronic billing and financing options (CareCredit, HFD) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment Availability for some Saturdays Nice to Have Experience with Dentrix Ascend The non-negotiable: You genuinely love working with kids.
