Position Details Location: Tampa Bay, FL (With sites across Tampa Bay, we aim to assign you as close to home as possible) Pay Range: $16.60 per hour Schedule: Full-time positions available with a set schedule. What You’ll Do Perform routine foot patrols to maintain site security and deter incidents. Monitor and document on‑site activities through detailed reports. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence. Respond to incidents swiftly and take appropriate action when necessary. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required. Who We’re Looking For Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older for unarmed security officer roles; 21+ for armed security guard roles. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must pass a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (where permitted by law). Must obtain a valid Florida Class D Security License (must be completed prior to starting). Must own a smartphone for clocking in, reporting, and communication. Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must have the physical endurance to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods. Preferred but Not Required: Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
