Job Title: Principal Software Engineer Location: Remote (United States) Employment Type: Full-Time Annual Compensation: 120k- 130k About the Opportunity We are seeking a Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role will define architecture standards, drive technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Define enterprise architecture, technical standards, and best practices. • Lead architecture and design of cloud-native, distributed systems. • Drive cross-functional technical initiatives and architectural governance. • Mentor engineers and support technology decision-making. • Evaluate emerging technologies and build proof-of-concepts. • Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance. • Champion CI/CD, TDD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
