Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days, Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7a-7p) Experience: 24 months of current dialysis experience, including inpatient experience required; acute dialysis experience preferred; experience using Fresenius machines required; tele reads measure experience required; hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis preferred. License: Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license required. Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) required. Must-Have: - 24 months of dialysis experience, including inpatient experience. - Experience using Fresenius machines. - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/multistate license. - BLS certification from American Heart Association. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in dialysis. This is a full-time position, working 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. You will work with patients suffering from acute kidney injury and end-stage renal disease. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 2:1. The position may require floating to different campuses as needed. Call rotation is minimal, with requirements for certain holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of dialysis experience. Acute dialysis experience and familiarity with Fresenius machines are preferred.
