Wire Bond Application Engineer

Overview Position to be situated in MA, NH, VT, or CT, MA preferred. Responsibilities This role is primarily based in a laboratory environment with up to 50% travel in the north-east/east coast regions. Qualifications Must be familiar with wire bonding technology; minimum of 5 years of experience in wire bonding. Preference given to those with experience with Hesse wire bonders. Minimum of an Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical technology; preferred Bachelor of Technology or Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical). Familiar with CAD and microelectronics processing. Location flexibility in MA, NH, VT, or CT (MA preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
