Typical Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to schedules.
Document maintenance activities and repairs for compliance and tracking.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete projects and repairs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a maintenance environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
