Commercial Service Specialist

Providing exceptional support to commercial enterprise customers, the full-time remote Commercial Service Specialist will manage customer inquiries, maintain strategic relationships, and ensure accurate billing and contract management. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and conducting quarterly account reviews Maintain accurate account records, interpret billing statements, and negotiate renewal contracts to maximize revenue retention Create and manage Salesforce orders for customer requests while documenting all interactions and maintaining organized case management Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of four years of customer service experience in an enterprise organization At least five years of experience in Telecommunications and Sales Operations Three years of experience working with Carrier/Wholesale/Enterprise customers Strong understanding of order processing, sales tracking, and invoicing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products Virtual Vocations Inc
