Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Case Manager - Pediatric to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage length of stay and execute complex discharge planning for patients.
• Coordinate care for complex pediatric patients and families in acute and intensive care settings.
• Participate in utilization reviews to ensure effective patient care.
• Engage in community outreach to connect patients with needed resources.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively within diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Active WA RN License or compact state license, or willingness to obtain.
• BLS and PALS certification required.
• BSN preferred, Associates accepted with 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• Experience working in a children's hospital environment preferred.
• Master's degree in nursing or healthcare-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
