We're expanding our team in Butler, Indiana, and looking for dedicated, experienced production workers to join our steel processing operations on 2nd and 3rd shift. If you have experience with forklifts, overhead crane operations and material handling or, you're eager to learn - this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that truly values its people. Wages start at $20.51/hour plus, monthly production incentive. The shift differential is $1.50 for 2nd shift and $1.00 for 3rd shift.

Preferred but not required: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, including forklift or overhead crane operation, machine operation, material handling, steel processing, or machine setup. Operator roles typically require prior slitter machine operating experience.
