Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Arizona SLP license required
• Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• National Provider Identifier (NPI #)
• Open to SLPs holding CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience in a school or similar pediatric setting is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s unique needs
• Maintain detailed records and timely documentation as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
