Responsibilities

• Support business development and customer growth initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Manage and update customer information within CRM systems
• Assist with RFQs, quotations, pricing requests, and proposal preparation
• Analyze sales and customer data using Microsoft Excel
• Track pipelines, projects, and customer activity
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams
• Support customer onboarding and product launch activities
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records to support business decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Account Coordination, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience utilizing CRM systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, industrial, automotive, distribution, or supply chain environments
• RFQ, quoting, pricing, or account support experience
• Sales Operations or Inside Sales experience
• ERP system exposure
