Contract | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time

Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals

Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care

Active COTA licensure in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain prior to start

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Current BLS/CPR certification

Prior travel or contract therapy experience

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments

35-hour weekly guarantee providing consistent and reliable hours throughout the contract
