Your expertise in JAVA development, user experience and delivery will directly impact our customers of the community.
Summary
- We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 13 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines.
- A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code.
Must have Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for code generation, debugging, and optimization
- Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks
- Experience validating AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security
- Core Java

- Deep understanding of JVM and performance profiling
