Now Hiring: 1st Shift Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Origination Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for supporting customers through service inquiries or problems and taking appropriate corrective actions. Duties include establishing company guides on servicing and repairs, maintaining logs, records, and files on repairs, and escalating more complex issues when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and applications and utilize search tools effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and dependability.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Maintain a keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Resolve routine problems and issues with some deviation from standard practice.
  • Communicate with colleagues within the project/work area to obtain or provide information requiring explanation or interpretation.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer).
  • Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, which includes a credit check and background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • FHA knowledge/background.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish - verbal and written.
  • Contact Center experience (Omnichannel).
