About the Role: As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and other patient care services. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare team members.
