Electronics Technician

Job Description

Qualifications

Experience with electronic rework
Must be strong on soldering and desoldering fine pitch components
Experience with 0201 and 0402 packet size (must be comfortable under a microscope)
Experience with debugging and reworking PCB
Any experience with BGA components a plus
Any experience with board bring up a plus
Working knowledge of ESD-safe handling practices for semiconductor devices and PCB assemblies

Responsibilities

Perform precision component removal, replacement, and rework on complex PCBAs
Rework fine-pitch silicon packages
Perform board bring up and troubleshoot
Inspect reworked assemblies using microscopes to evaluate solder joints, placement accuracy, and workmanship quality
