Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full Time Nights Indianapolis, IN, United States Job Description We are seeking a registered nurse with at least one year of experience in an emergency department to provide direct patient care during night shifts. The position is either full‑time or part‑time and currently qualifies for an additional hourly wage differential. Skills and Responsibilities Provide assessment, monitoring, and treatment of patients in a fast‑paced emergency department. Apply critical thinking to manage complex medical situations. Demonstrate time‑management skills to maintain workflow efficiency. Adhere to nursing best practices and comply with unit protocols. Qualifications Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Optionally, candidates with more than two years of acute care experience may be considered if not from a nationally accredited program, subject to approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Additional advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
