Office Paraprofessional

High School Graduate. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with staff & public. Strong working knowledge of computers & typing skills. Demonstrate regularity in attendance & promptness in reporting.

Will be calling homes to check on absenteeism. Monitoring and tracking attendance. Calling to check on Early Dismissals. Assist students, staff and visitors. Checking computer to flag students who have consecutive absence. Answer the telephone. Assists in processing mailings Demonstrates computer skills in MS Word, Internet Explorer Assists in proofreading and editing a variety of materials Assists in processing invoices and orders Other duties as assigned.
