The Field Service Technician will be responsible for: Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment Installing new equipment at customer sites Providing solutions for service of equipment for customers at the customer site Carefully and accurately document ing all service performed on the equipment as well as what service needs are to be accomplished on the equipment in the future Maintain ing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Demonstrat ing applicable company software capabilities to the customer Prepar ing timesheets, service reports and installation forms, timely and accurately Accurately track ing expenses and complet ing expense reports in a timely manner Maintain ing a safe work environment and operate within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines Communicat ing with other departments as necessary A ability to work overtime as required by workload and customer necessity Other duties as assigned by management The Field Service Technician will be rewarded with: $30.00-$40.00 Hourly Pay Overtime available Comprehensive benefits available at a great rate!
