Intercare Therapy is seeking a Program Manager of School Services to conduct FBAs and develop function-based BIPs for students with significant behavioral challenges. You will design, implement, and evaluate environmental modifications and instructional protocols aligned with IEP goals while coaching the educational team. You will supervise a Behavior Technician team and support students at school sites from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with indirect work in the afternoons. #J-18808-Ljbffr School Social Work Association of America
