About the Position

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides and coordinates patient care, educates patients and the public about health conditions, and offers emotional support to patients and their families. RNs work in a variety of healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community health organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ conditions by conducting physical exams and reviewing medical histories
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and record observations accurately
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Clinical experience (preferred for specialized roles)
