Responsible for conducting deep dive analysis surrounding KPI e-Commerce metrics. Partner with various leaders within the organization including Merchandising, Marketing, and Site Experience to build reporting tools and analysis to drive the digital plan. JOB DUTIES

• Create daily / period / yearly digital business tools, reports, and analysis for KPI's against plan to determine risk and opportunity
\n
• Serve as point of contact for e-Commerce logistics to answer financial questions within the department
\n
• Design and monitor reports used to analyze logistics data and adjust based on trends and future looking opportunities
\n
• Manage, prepare, and coordinate reports used for executive monthly business review and Open to Buy detailing e-Commerce performance
\n
• Develop and maintain digital analysis with insights, recommendations, and action points to senior leadership, including sales and cost
\n
• Generate actionable insights for e-Commerce performance versus budget, target and forecasts and identify recent trends
\n
• Perform deep dive analytics for the digital shelf to ensure optimization across the catalog
\n
• Partner with key stakeholders within the digital arena to deep dive and provide insights on performance of their areas
\n
• Monitor and measure risks and benefits associated with various business strategies including email strategies, couponing, promotional impacts
\n
• Assist and provide recommendations based on analysis and strategize with various business owners and management to continually maximize revenue growth
\n
• Deliver daily ad hoc business analysis
\n
• Construct various tools and models to ensure accurate forecast process
\n
• Design, update and create new and existing templates for the variety of reports used to summarize period and quarterly results for financial and executive management teams
\n
• Articulate recommendation and strategies related to key stakeholders as well as executive management
\n

GENERAL SKILLS

\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: eCommerce, merchandising, financial reporting, planning, forecasting
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel
\n
• Proficient in SQL and/or Python
\n
• Prior experience working in retail
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Strong organizational multi-tasking skill
\n
