APP (NP) Pediatric Urology

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Pediatric Urology, is seeking a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Overview The Department of Pediatric Urology consists of 3 pediatric urologists and 3 pediatric nurse practitioners. In addition, the university has a strong Adult Urology department with 3 residents per year who also rotate with Pediatric Urology on 4‑month rotations. Responsibilities Primarily clinical work Monday – Friday, including consults, follow‑ups, pre‑ and post‑operations. Patients typically range between 20 – 30 per day. Patient rounding and education at the hospital. Compensation The starting base compensation range is $145,000 – $170,000, adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank. Variable compensation or extra productivity is not included.
