This role serves as a lead resource for EHS initiatives, partnering with operations and members to promote safety, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities*** Coordinate and support EHS programs, policies, and compliance initiatives.* Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.* Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, recommending corrective actions.* Facilitate safety training, onboarding, and awareness programs for members.* Maintain EHS records, documentation, and regulatory reporting requirements.* Monitor safety performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.* Partner with operational leaders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.* Lead EHS projects and continuous improvement efforts.* Serve as a subject matter resource for EHS-related questions and best practices.* Support emergency preparedness and response activities.## Qualifications* 5+ years of EHS, safety, or related operational experience preferred.* Working knowledge of OSHA and EHS compliance requirements.* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.* Demonstrated leadership in driving safety initiatives and promoting accountability across teams.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.
