Part Time Dental Administrative Assistant - Endodontic Associates of Atlanta

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. You'll be playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Part Time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm


Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience with dental marketing and finance preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $20-$22 per hour.
