Job Description

We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will work with a crew at various job sites, assisting with equipment setup, cleaning projects, pressure washing, and other general labor tasks. Employees report to the main office each day and travel with the team to assigned work locations.

• Report to the main office daily and travel with the crew to job sites
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup
• Perform pressure washing and general cleaning duties
• Complete assigned labor tasks to support project completion
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work effectively as part of a team in outdoor environments

• General labor experience
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Experience with pressure washing preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Primarily outdoor work in a team-oriented setting
• Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, first shift hours
• Optional weekend work may be available
• PPE and necessary work gear are provided
• Most job sites are within a reasonable commuting distance, allowing employees to return home each evening

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Roy, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
