Senior Graphic Designer

We're not after another portfolio with rounded corners and gradient blobs; Eaton wants a Senior Graphic Designer who makes people stop scrolling in Grand Island. This senior opening gives you $69,000 - $102,000, hands-on ownership, and the mentorship to keep growing in creative. Key Responsibilities Set guardrails loose enough for senior creatives to surprise you inside them Shape brand voice across every touchpoint our Grand Island customers actually notice Reconcile legal's caveats with a layout that still breathes Direct freelancers and User Research vendors without losing the thread of the vision Wring a campaign system from an one-line creative tagline Push solutions-focused design directions far enough to feel new, close enough to feel us What You'll Bring Proven follow-through, measured in shipped things rather than good intentions The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself Demonstrated Wireframing expertise in a fast-moving creative environment Prior experience working on-site in Grand Island, NE, or willingness to relocate Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment Comfort owning a number that goes up or down because of you A learner's pace that keeps up with shifting requirements Everything Eaton ships starts as a purpose-led argument in a Grand Island conference room about how User Research should really work. We prize follow-through: when someone here commits to something, the team can count on it. From the $69,000 - $102,000 starting line, expect coaching that grows your Wireframing and benefits that quietly cover the rest of life. As of right now, Eaton is still reading every resume that lands here. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
