Traveling Physical Therapist

Seeking passionate and skilled Traveling Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapy services across a network of Skilled Nursing Facilities. This is a travel-based role ideal for therapists who thrive on flexibility, variety, and professional independence while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include providing evaluation and treatment for residents in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Support facilities with temporary staffing needs or coverage for vacations and leaves. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Deliver exceptional outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance. Join a therapy team that is making a difference one facility at a time.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred License: Current state license in Physical Therapy Certifications: None required but relevant certifications are a plus Must-Have: Excellent communication and teamwork skills Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to travel between facilities Strong commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction
