Kids Central, Inc. seeks a Senior HR Generalist - Child Welfare to lead recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management and employee relations. This full-time exempt role reports to the HR Director and is based in Wildwood, FL. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, knowledge of federal/state labor law, and ADP Workforce Now proficiency.
