Print Shop Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and set up large format plotters Weed, pre‑mask, and prep substrates Maintain a clean and organized work environment Edit current file layouts in CorelDraw and prepare files for cutting Lift up to 40 pounds of vinyl and laminate materials Perform daily inspection of completed work for quality assurance Order supplies to maintain sufficient inventory, monitor and check orders as received, review and monitor expenditures, and maintain related records Educational and Other Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience in Graphic Design, Production, Vinyl Cutting High level of dexterity and precision Experience in a fast‑paced environment Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills Sensitivity to confidential information Ability to work well under pressure and independently Strong writing, documentation, coordination, and analytical skills Mental and Physical Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience Ability to read, speak, and write English Ability to use sophisticated computer software programs to achieve job functions Strong problem‑solving skills Standing, walking, speaking, and hearing for long periods; frequent standing required Sitting at a desk or computer station Gripping, reaching, writing, weeding, handling paper, files, etc.; frequent use of hand/forearm muscles Ability to work under stressful conditions at all times Phone communication and communication with personnel and customers Visual acuity to see the computer screen Position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week unless otherwise directed by supervisor.
