Hybrid SCRM Analyst Team Lead (intelligence Analyst 5)

Job Description Position Summary: HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Risk Management Intelligence Analyst Team Lead to be based at our Woodlawn, MD location. As a SCRM Intelligence Analyst Team Lead, you will lead a team of SCRM personnel and manage taskings, deadlines, and the status of SCRA. You will initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis to enhance our SCRM operations, collaborating with CMS Division of Strategic Information (DSI) leadership and other government agencies. Responsibilities Lead a team of SCRM personnel and manage taskings, deadlines, and the status of SCRAs. Work with team members on policy development, project management, and SCRAs. Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts. Leverage SCRM tools to conduct SCRAs. Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for the integration of counterintelligence (CI) activities aligned with CMS mission and objectives. Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production and gather valuable insights. Collaborate closely with CMS DSI leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure effective coordination and information sharing. Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics and conduct research to support report development, database creation, and other activities as per government customer needs. Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes. Oversee corporate management, requirements, and needs for the team. Minimum Qualifications 15 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 13 years with a Master’s; 10 years with a PhD or JD; or 19 years with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools. Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports supporting SCRM programs, and develop assessment expertise. Clear and concise writing targeted at senior leader communication. Recognize nuances, resolve contradictions, and provide accurate and reliable analysis. Proficiency in reviewing analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and supporting conclusions. Proven ability to define comprehensive and innovative research approaches that enable rigorous assessments. Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies and standards (e.g., NIST 800-161, 800-30, 800-37). Active TS/SCI clearance required. Preferred Requirements 4 years of experience as an all-source analyst, including at least 1 year in Supply Chain Risk Management. Experience leading teams.
