Key Responsibilities\nYour primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. \n
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, incorporating best practices and evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Participating in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay current with clinical advancements. \n
In this role, you will work directly with a diverse population seeking therapy for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other stress-related conditions. Your ability to engage empathetically and effectively with clients from different backgrounds will be instrumental in fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances treatment outcomes.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not required. \n
- A valid state license (e.g., LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. \n
- At least 2 years of experience working in counseling or a related mental health field. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create impactful relationships with clients. \n
- Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate client challenges effectively. \n
- A capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team framework. \n
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms. \n
While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with 3 or more years in a clinical setting and those familiar with trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or similar therapeutic modalities will find themselves particularly suited for this role. Experience in a telehealth environment is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 95,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and productivity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
