Join our vibrant team at Hair Society Palm Beach as a Salon Assistant! In this exciting role, you will support our talented stylists while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists with daily salon operations and client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
- Prepare clients for services by offering refreshments and ensuring comfort.
- Manage appointment bookings and handle client inquiries.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting salon services and products.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skill development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology license is a plus.
- Previous experience in a salon or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Basic knowledge of salon products and services is advantageous.
- Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.
