Responsibilities:

• Assist stylists with daily salon operations and client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
• Prepare clients for services by offering refreshments and ensuring comfort.
• Manage appointment bookings and handle client inquiries.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting salon services and products.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skill development.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology license is a plus.
• Previous experience in a salon or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
