Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Implement and adjust individualized care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with an incredible therapy team to maximize patient outcomes
- Uphold productivity standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in New Mexico (or compact eligible)
- 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- SNF experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to meet productivity expectations of 92%
- Ability to present in the building to receive guaranteed hours
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehab environment
- Compassionate communication with residents and families
- Familiarity with SNF productivity standards
